Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we can cannot advise you what these charges will be.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on the same day, however, during busy periods or where circumstances are beyond our control, deliveries may take longer.No compensation will be given for late deliveries. If you have not received your delivery within four working days, please contact our customer support team on 0208 432 9826.

If the items selected are out of stock, you will be notified by either phone or email. We will only deliver to the registered card address and a signature is required, if you would like the delivery to be left with your neighbours please add these instructions at the checkout,

If you are not in on the first delivery attempt a card will be left by our courier company. Another attempt will be made the following working day unless advised by you. After 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts, further delivery attempts will be chargeable or alternatively, the parcels can be collected from the local Dpd Shop. Details can be found on card left.

If a courier is unable to deliver a parcel after a few attempts or is rejected, it will be sent back to us. We will then apply an additional charge of £6.00 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the undeliverable parcel.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver on Sundays and UK bank holidays.

 If you have received your order with missing items, damaged or faulty goods please contact our customer support team on 0208 432 9826 or by email at within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. No claim will be entertained after this period.

 

If an item is unsuitable, it can be returned for refund . Please ensure the goods have been returned unworn & in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. All costs of returning the goods will be incurred by the customer..Only the cost of goods are refundable and not the postage charges.

Jewellery items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend to use a delivery service that insures the parcel for the value of the goods.We aim to process all refunds within 28 days.

Customers are required to obtain returns reference number (RRN) before returning the goods by calling us on 02084329826 or by email at

Please note that goods received without RRN will incur delay in refund and may not be refunded.

In an unlikely event if a faulty or incorrect item is received please contact customer services as above who will issue you the RRN.Please return the item using second class recorded delivery.We will only reimburse the cost amount or equivalent to this postal service and not for any other postal/courier service.We cannot dispatch a new item unless we have received the wrong/faulty item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will be unable to accept the returns of any items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Refunds will not be given for products that have been damaged whilst in the care of the customer due to misuse or negligence.
