The service from Bombay looks is outstanding always received delivery on time as said, few returns done and refunds given as said, also several occasions have had to speak to staff and every time I mad contact they have been really helpful and understanding. I was so surprised at how quick my order was delivered! I ordered in the morning and by the next morning my suit had arrived! What a fantastic service! This is the second time that I have purchased a suit from Bombay Looks Direct and have to say that on both occassions I received the order within 24 hours. The top fits perfectly but the bottoms had to be adjusted slightly, but overall I am very pleased. I will definately be purhcasing further items in the future.

The suit ordered was what was expected, however I found small clear stones had already fallen off the suit, which was a disappointment. I am not able to return the suit as I desparately need it for Friday night.

This was the first time I made an order from Bombay Looks. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the suit I got. I have allways been ordering suits, saree and jewellry from bombay looks. no doubt their quality of all the suits, sareez and jewellry e.t.c are excellent. and the delivery and the message system is great, customer support are very coporative.
