If an item is unsuitable, it can be returned for refund. Please ensure the goods
have been returned unworn & in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. All costs of
returning the goods will be incurred by the customer..Only the cost of goods are refundable
and not the postage charges

Jewellery items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. The item is your responsibility until it
reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend to use a delivery service that insures
the parcel for the value of the goods.We aim to process all refunds within 28 days.

Customers are required to obtain returns reference number (RRN) before returning the

Please note that goods received without RRN will incur delay in refund and may not be refunded.
